Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimates must be tried on over your own underwear to be eligible for a return.

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Cou Cou tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
